Ingredients

  • Minced beef/lamb/chicken
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Green chilies
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and ground meat. Cook until browned, then add chopped potatoes and spices. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Garnish and serve with roti or rice.
