Nihari

Ingredients
- Beef shank or lamb
- Onions
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Nihari masala
- Flour
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
Heat oil and sauté onions until golden. Add beef shanks and cook until browned. Stir in ginger-garlic paste, nihari masala, and yogurt. Add water and simmer on low heat for 6-8 hours. Before serving, add a flour slurry for thickening and simmer briefly. Garnish with fried onions, ginger, and coriander. Serve with naan.
