Seekh Kebab

Ingredients
- Minced meat
- Onion
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Garam masala
- Green chilies
- Salt
Instructions
To make seekh kebabs, start by combining minced meat (beef or lamb) with finely chopped onion, fresh coriander, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, ground cumin, coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to let the flavors develop. Once marinated, shape the mixture around skewers to form long kebabs. Grill them on medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and nicely charred. Serve hot with naan and green chutney.
