Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and add chicken pieces, cooking until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies and cook until fragrant. Stir in ground black pepper, cumin, coriander, and salt. Lower the heat and add yogurt, stirring constantly to avoid curdling. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the oil separates. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
