Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. In a large pan, heat oil and add the chopped onion. Saute until translucent. 2. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant. 3. Add the ground beef and cook until it changes color. 4. Add the tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 5. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are tender. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
