Escargots
Ingredients
- 1 can (7.05 oz) of escargots
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Drain the escargots and rinse under cold water.
3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the escargots and white wine to the skillet, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the parsley, salt, and pepper.
6. Transfer the escargot mixture to a baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
7. Serve hot with baguette slices.
