  • 1/2 kg boneless mutton
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup fried onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

In a separate pot, cook soaked cracked wheat and lentils until they become mushy. 4. Once both meat and lentil mixture are cooked, blend them together to form a thick paste. 5. In a separate pan, heat oil and fry sliced onions until golden brown. 6. Add the meat-lentil paste to the fried onions and mix well. 7. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency. 8. Cook on low heat for a few hours, stirring occasionally. 9. Garnish with fried onions, mint leaves, and coriander leaves before serving.
