Roasted Peppers, Spinach & Feta Pizza

Instructions
Roll out your pizza dough and lay it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over the base and layer it with fresh spinach leaves, sliced roasted red peppers, and crumbled feta cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Slice and serve hot.
