Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • - 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • - 1 cup yogurt
  • - 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • - 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • - 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • - 1 tsp garam masala
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - Salt to taste
  • - 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. 2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well until all the pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking tray lined with foil. 5. Drizzle oil over the chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. 6. Serve hot with naan bread, salad, and mint chutney.
