Fried Udon With Dried Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons dried shrimp (soaked and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped preserved radish (soaked 20 minutes and drained)
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 100 grams minced meat
  • 2 packets Udon noodles
  • Coriander/parsley/chili to garnish
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 water

Instructions

Soak dried shrimp in warm water. Stir-fry vegetables and soaked shrimp in oil. Add cooked udon noodles and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well and serve hot.
