Fried Udon With Dried Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons dried shrimp (soaked and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chopped preserved radish (soaked 20 minutes and drained)
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 100 grams minced meat
- 2 packets Udon noodles
- Coriander/parsley/chili to garnish
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150 water
Instructions
Soak dried shrimp in warm water. Stir-fry vegetables and soaked shrimp in oil. Add cooked udon noodles and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well and serve hot.
