Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup water
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
3. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and wrappers.
4. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the dumplings to the pot and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
