pakistsani chai
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp loose black tea leaves
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1-2 slices of fresh ginger
- 1-2 cardamom pods
- Pinch of cloves
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add tea leaves, ginger, cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon.
3. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add milk and sugar, and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Strain the chai into a cup and enjoy hot.
