Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go. 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circle. 3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce. 5. Tear the basil leaves and scatter them over the cheese. 6. Drizzle some olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper. 7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. 8. Slice and serve hot.
