Ingredients
- 8 fresh duck eggs
- Water
- Vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
1. Wash the duck eggs thoroughly.
2. Boil a pot of water and add vinegar and salt.
3. Carefully place the duck eggs in the boiling water.
4. Boil for about 20-30 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let the eggs cool down.
6. Peel the shell of the eggs and enjoy the balut.
