Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Sliced tomatoes, onions, and lettuce for garnish
  • Ketchup and chutney for serving

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. 2. Shape the mixture into round patties. 3. Heat a pan and cook the patties until browned on both sides. 4. Toast the burger buns. 5. Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun. 6. Top with sliced tomatoes, onions, and lettuce. 7. Drizzle with ketchup and chutney. 8. Cover with the top half of the bun. 9. Serve hot with extra ketchup and chutney on the side.
