Daal Fry

Ingredients
- Split lentils
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt
- Ghee
Instructions
Boil lentils until soft. In a pan, sauté cumin, onions, garlic, and tomatoes with spices. Add the cooked lentils and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or roti.
