Ingredients

  • Split lentils
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Ghee

Instructions

Boil lentils until soft. In a pan, sauté cumin, onions, garlic, and tomatoes with spices. Add the cooked lentils and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or roti.
