Ingredients
- Wheat grains
- Split lentils
- Beef or chicken
- Onions
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Garam masala
- Coriander powder
- Ghee
- Salt
Instructions
Soak wheat and lentils overnight. Cook meat separately until tender. In a large pot, cook soaked grains with spices until soft, then add shredded meat. Blend the mixture slightly with a hand blender. Cook until thickened, then garnish with fried onions, ginger, coriander, and lemon. Serve hot.
