Please read these terms carefully before using Chefly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chefly ("the Service") at cheflys.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chefly is an AI-powered food platform that allows users to identify dishes from photos, generate recipes, browse community recipes, and submit their own recipes. A Pro subscription is available for unlimited AI scans.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to register
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
4. Free and Pro Plans
Free accounts are limited to 5 AI dish scans per day. Pro subscribers (¥750/month) receive unlimited scans. Subscription fees are billed monthly and processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. User-Submitted Content
By submitting recipes or other content to Chefly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you post.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent scan limits
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submitting false or misleading recipe information
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Dish identifications and recipes generated by AI are provided for informational purposes only. Chefly does not guarantee accuracy. Always verify recipes and ingredients, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Chefly name, logo, and platform design are the property of Chefly. You may not use them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chefly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health issues arising from following AI-generated recipes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
