Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a large pot and stir in soy sauce, mentsuyu, oyster sauce, chicken stock, chicken oil, sesame oil, and grated garlic to create a rich broth. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then add ramen noodles and cook until tender. Divide the noodles and broth into bowls, then top with sliced boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
