Ingredients

  • Sushi rice
  • Nori sheets
  • Fish
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi
  • Salt

Instructions

Rinse sushi rice and cook with water until done. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and fold into the rice once it’s slightly cooled. Prepare fillings such as raw fish, cucumber, or avocado. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread the rice evenly leaving an edge, and add fillings across the center. Roll tightly, slice with a wet knife, and serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
