Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water. 2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. 3. Add the rice and salt, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for another 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork before serving.
