No Fuss Sunday Slow-Cooker Balsamic Pot Roast

Ingredients
- beef chuck roast
- onion
- beef broth
- balsamic vinegar
- tomato paste
- cooking tapioca
- garlic cloves-minced
- seasoning- or
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Place a beef roast in a slow cooker with carrots, potatoes, onions, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, garlic, and herbs. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the meat is tender. Shred and serve with the cooked vegetables and juices.
