Ingredients

  • - 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • - 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Make a dough with flour, butter, and a pinch of salt, and chill it. Prepare a filling with chopped meat, potatoes, onions, and seasoning. Roll out the dough into circles, place filling in the center, fold over, and crimp the edges. Brush with egg wash and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 45 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
