Escamol

Ingredients
- 1 cup escamol (ant larvae)
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
2. Add the escamol to the skillet and cook until heated through.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve hot as a side dish or filling for tacos.
